TERMS OF SERVICE & FAQ

General TOS• I post progress shots of models and any artwork that you commission from me on here or on social media. Tell me if you don't want me posting anything of your commission. I don't mind, and I understand if you want to keep your commission a secret.• I will not post WIPS of VTuber model commissions unless permission is given to me.• After a commission is finished, it goes into my portfolio for future reference. I will not post model commissions until the model reveal/debut is completed.• You are free to post your commission on your social media page(s) AFTER payment has been completed. Credit is unnecessary, but it's always appreciated!• Paid Live2D models and art can be used for streaming and/or other purposes, no attribution or permission required. This applies to: Custom Live2D models, Live2D adopts, and Live2D art.- (Free items, such as copyrighted character Live2D models or any fanart I post cannot be used commercially and can only be allowed for personal use (wallpaper backgrounds, SNS icons, etc.). Please get my permission before you use any of the things that I create. Please credit me for free items!)• If you received art from me via Artfight, you are free to use the art I make for you as you wish (stream, wallpaper, icon, etc.), but please credit me if you repost!• I will send most commissioned files through Dropbox.• I will need your Discord ID or your email so that I can communicate with you during the commission process. When you are communicating with me, please be specific with what you would like to tell me. Late revisions caused by miscommunication may incur an extra fee.• You can never use any of my creations for AI training purposes at any time.

Payment TOS• I offer plans that split artwork payment into instalments of two, four, or any requested number of monthly payments. If the commission is complete and you still have a remaining balance due, you have one week (after the commission was completed) to complete the last payment you have UNLESS prior notice is given to me.• If I haven't gotten any updates/prior notices on late payments from you within 5 days of the commission's start date or completion, I will either decline any commission requests from you in the future. If you plan on commissioning me multiple times, I may also deny any payment plan requests from you, which means that you will have to pay me in full at the beginning of the next commission process.
→ In order to avoid any of the above, please do not ghost me, and please let me know about your situation so I can accommodate you. I appreciate any updates, and I won't get upset if you have anything that comes up!• Late payments incur a 10% fee (of your commission total)• I will not send any files until the commission is fully paid for.• You can't post any images of the commission until you have paid for the artwork fully.• Model payments require an upfront $200 fee when your commission is accepted. Once I start working, this is non-refundable, and future payments are sent through PayPal invoicing. Invoices will be sent as soon as I finish work "checkpoints" (sketch, art, head rigging, body rigging, physics, etc.).
(I do NOT accept full payments for the models upfront at any time.)• For model commissions, you are free to post my WIPS without permission regardless of payment status (send me a link to your post so I can like and repost it!).• Before you finalize your commission with me, I will ask for a signature or google form completion as acknowledgement of these TOS.

WORK TIMEFRAME

Illustration TimeDepending on the complexity of the commission, it will take me 1-4 months to complete an artwork upon accepting. Please note that you will be put on a waitlist if my commission slots are full.I prioritize commissions based on payment status, so if you have not paid any outstanding invoices regarding your commission, I will not work on it until your checkpoint payment has been made. (For information on checkpoint payments, please read my payment section!)For EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS, turnaround time can be expected to be within 3 days to a month.
*VTuber model commissions are almost never included in emergency commissions; only illustration commissions are accepted.Printed commissions will take another month to complete as I use an online printing service. Shipping time isn't included in here.
(I can sign the print on either the front or back if requested.)

Live2D Model Art / Rigging TimeLive2D artwork + rigging will take an indefinite amount of time depending on the complexity of the model. Completion time ranges from 6 months to a year (including rigging time). During this process, I will need to be in contact with you (via Discord or email) to ensure that everything meets your expectations. Any late revisions in art or rigging may incur an extra fee, so please be sure you are clear in telling me what you would like.
In case problems happen on my end that hinder the timely completion of the model commission (hardware issues or illness), I will either ask for a time extension or I will a discount the final payment by 20% (if a time extension is impossible).

Speedpaint processI do NOT charge for speedpaints, but please tell me if you want a speedpaint recorded of your commission, and I will gladly record one! I will post it on my Youtube page. (Speedpaints include at least 70% of the commission process.)
(Please understand that you cannot ask to post my speedpaints on your own page. You cannot use real-time footage of my art on your social media pages unless you are clipping me while I'm streaming.)

Please inform me about any specific deadlines before giving me the details of your commission.This is extremely important, and it will decide whether or not I can accept your commission.

PAYMENT

- ALL COMMISSIONS are paid through instalments. I will never ask to pay in full upfront (unless I have denied a payment plan request from you). However, please know that once I start working on a commission, the first payment that is made can't be refunded.INSTALMENT OPTIONS:
· For Illustrations: Half of the commission total is paid before the commission process, and the other half is paid after the commission is completed.
· For Live2D Models, payment is required at these checkpoints: When my work timeframe is established to you, when the model sketch is finished, when the model flats are finished, and when rendering is finished. If you paid for both art and rigging for a model, then two additional checkpoints (face rigging and body rigging) will be added to the checkpoint list. Unless otherwise specified by you, the any payments will follow this checkpoint format (Live2D models only).- ONLY SFW commissions can be paid through my ko-fi page at the moment.- NSFW commissions are not able to be paid through ko-fi because of their TOS. Instead, I will be using PayPal's invoicing feature, which I will need your email for.- I will also be making PayPal invoices for Live2D models (only paid through instalments).- Any donations and tips given on and off stream are non-refundable. (I really appreciate any support!)

FAQ

Am I required to pay any fees in full upfront? No (unless you are commissioning a Live2D model from me which requires an upfront fee of $200). I require payment on commission "milestones", which are listed below:
· When work has begun
· Sketch finished
· Flats finished
· Rendering finished
I will never ask for payment in full upfront. This protects both you and me from losing work, time, and money.What happens if you can't complete the commission? Since I only accept payment after milestones, I cannot refund the payments given to me because those payments compensate the work I have already done. I will send an image file of the work I have completed prior.But what if you can complete my commission in the future? We can contact each other and figure things out from there. I will usually contact first.What if I haven't made any payments? Your commission will not be continued after the last milestone that you have paid for.What if I haven't gotten any updates or messages from you in two weeks? Please contact me again until I reply! There is a chance that I might have forgotten to reply to you.Will you stream or show the progress of my commission on your Youtube page? It depends; I will post either a stream or a speedpaint. If you are not okay with that, please let me know beforehand.The estimated time of completion for my commission has passed. What happens then? If the completion deadline has passed, then I will not require you to pay the remaining work cost. I will complete the commission regardless.
※ Unless you have given me permission to pass the deadline, or if no date of completion has been established, the above applies to you.In what cases can you decline my commission?
· If it is beyond my skillset/too difficult for me to draw
· If I can't complete your commission by the deadline you have established to me
· If you, the commissioner, or the content of your commission impacts my ability to sell future commissions or items
· If I consider your commission to be offensive, questionable, or sensitive.
· If you contact me when my commissions are not open
· If I feel uncomfortable with you or the content of your commission.
